Hello, I am Princesa Mariela; yes, that is my name. My parents named me that because I was fortunate to be deeply loved by them. Five years ago, I was at a point where my permanent jobs were a successful phase of my life, full of multiple satisfactions; still, the years of experience and knowledge sometimes did not play in my favor. When I reached 48 years old, it seemed that the world told me: “you are no longer worth professionally, neither your ideas, nor your background.” It was devastating.
Against all odds, I continued to work for that consulting company and had clients who allowed me to use my strategic frameworks to optimize their businesses; but sometimes, I felt I could give more. I needed more than this to provide solutions on request. I wanted something more for myself and for my business, something that generates value and a change from the deep understanding of being.
Many of us have great ideas and don’t know how to translate them; we face so many fears and insecurities, such as age and other social barriers, that we often become paralyzed. That’s why I want to focus on being able to guide you and help you rediscover your power of transformation and reinvention from chrysalis to butterflies.
Thus, that is how my proposal was born; that shows: How to help women who want to be creative entrepreneurs to identify their true north, also known as their profitable niche, so that they can get the much-needed relief and feel confident in creating and growing their business.
